This woman is Elke Giorgierena Evremides, most known as "Elke Maravilha"(Marvelous Elke), a Russian/Brazilian model in the 60's and 70's, an actress in the 80's and after that a famous personality. In that time already she was edgy and played with the boundaries of fashion, sometimes misunderstood but, to me, fabulous mainly because she always created this image of strong identity, not following everyone's steps, creating her own style.
If there was blogs in that time she would be the rock star.
Gosh... I'm Brazilian and I grew up believing that she was a shemale! HAHAHAHAHAAH I'm shocked.
