My lovely friend and great milliner Keely Hunter talked, on her blog, about Hatwalk that's been happening this year in London, I haven't seen yet but I think is definitely fabulous.
As she says, HATWALK 2012 takes over the streets of the city. Hatwalk is a celebration of British Millinery featuring 20 designers who have been given the challenge of dressing the heads of some of London’s famous landmarks - all of it is centered around a cultural walk around the city which guides visitors past the exhibits.
The walk features everyone from Millinery royalty Stephen Jones & Philip Treacy - whom curated the event with Grazia Magazine - to millinery legend Shirley Hex, the great Ian Bennett, gracing the head of the Duke of Wellington and Grazia Magazine winner and fellow corkhead Sophie Beale designing for Sir Charles Napier. Check it out!
I cannot get tired of say how London is creative and how the city (and even the Queen!) embraces this creativity, letting people express themselves.
How would you say to everyone that this beer you have is really really cold?
Coors Light Beer chose to go non sense and every time I watch this ad it stays with me, just because is SO nonsense that is good!
Why Jean Claude Van Damme? What's up with the love song and the fashion?
That all-denim look with the Michael Jackson socks and shoes makes me bewitched - it's so wrong that makes the commercial nice to look at. I love Van Damme's weird acting, is just odd and works!
